100-Day Happiness Guarantee
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee from the date of your order — no questions asked.
To start a return or refund, email us at hey@gettipsy.com with:

A brief note on what didn’t work out.
We’ll respond within 2–3 business days and walk you through the process.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.

Refunds are available even if the product is opened or partially used.

We may limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive return activity.
Subscription Orders
If you have an active subscription, you may cancel anytime after the first 7 days following your initial order.
Cancellations made before your next billing date will prevent additional charges.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer product exchanges.
If you’d like a different flavor or item, simply place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hey@gettipsy.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund your purchase right away.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

You don’t need to return empty cans or used product unless specifically requested by our team.
Returns from Promotions
Items purchased with promotional discounts or bundles remain eligible for refunds under our 100-day guarantee, but refunds will reflect the discounted price actually paid.
